Need for nitrogen generators

Nitrogen is a colorless and odorless gas and is a key component of fertilizer, and liquefied nitrogen is also used for rapid freezing in regenerative technology, medical, and research fields. Unlike oxygen, nitrogen is not reactive, making it one of the most widely used gases in the industry.

Nitrogen is usually supplied to a rental or third party through a nitrogen tank or small high-pressure container, or nitrogen is produced and used by itself using compressed air. GSA nitrogen generators using PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology are the best choice to use high-quality nitrogen gas of the desired purity at a minimum cost and reliably whenever necessary.

Application of nitrogen generators

• Electrical and electronic fields    • Food and beverage packaging    • Pharmaceutical industry

• Chemical process                       • Power plant                                  • Laboratory

• Heat treatment                            • Blazing                                         • Fire prevention

Petroleum refining                      • Metal processing                          • Laser cutting

Positive effects of using nitrogen generators

• Installation on site to produce nitrogen immediately from compressed air.
• No production disruptions due to nitrogen refilling, delivery, or lack of supply
  reduced operating and maintenance costs
• Various purity available to meet customer needs (95% to 99.999%)

GSA nitrogen generator

The nitrogen generator operates by separating oxygen from the compressed air supplied using an adsorbent filled in two adsorption towers and supplying nitrogen. Compressed air containing nitrogen and oxygen passes through a carbon molecular sleeve (CMS) layer with micropores filled in the adsorption tower of the nitrogen generator to adsorb oxygen components and supply nitrogen.

The two adsorption towers alternately repeat the steps of pressurization, adsorption, decompression, and cleaning to continuously supply nitrogen.

GSA's Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen generator is equipped with a specially designed distributor at the bottom of the adsorption tower to continuously and stably supply nitrogen of the purity required by users. In addition, the durable valve enables stable operation of the product, and various functions for controlling the device are implemented, allowing setting and operation to meet the needs of the user.
