■Tab Welding Machine

 : This equipment is an ultrasonic welder that welds the lead to the tab of the Electrodes.(Anode 1 Set / Cathode 1 Set)

Stacking Machine(Z-fold)

 : This is Z stacking machine, anode and cathode electrodes are alternatively stacked with the separator film in between. After then, Manual Cutting & Winding & Unloading & Taping.

■ Pouch Forming Machind

 : The machine is forming Al sheet in cup shapes in accordance with stacking cell size.

■ 2-Side Sealing Machine

 : This equipment is used to seal two sides keeping one side open for Electrolyte Filling. The main feature of this machine is that it give leak-proof sealing of both tab and foil.

■ Degassing Machine

 : This equipment is for degassing & final sealing after pre-charging in cell manufacturing process. Degassing : Final Sealing

■ Hot pressing Machine

 : This equipment is used to press the complete pouch cell with hot plate. The pressing force is created by Air Cylinder.
