■ Stacking Machine

 : This is Z-fold stacking machine, anode and cathode electrodes are alternatively stacked with the separator film in between. After then, automatically Cutting & Winding & Taping & Unloading

■ Tab Welding Machine

 : This equipment is an ultrasonic welder that welds the lead to the tab of the Electrodes. (Anode 1 Set / Cathode 1 Set)

■ Pouch Forming Machine

 : The machine is forming Al sheet in cup shapes in accordance with stacking cell size.

■ Pouch Sealing Machine

 : This equipment is used to Seal 3 side after inserting Stacked Cell into Al Pouch keeping one side open for Electrolyte Filling.

■ Electrolyte Filling Machine

 : This equipment is used to fill the chosen amount of Electrolyte into the Cell through the open side of the Pouch and then vacuum seal. EL.Filling : Vacuum & Sealing

■ Degassing Machine

 : This equipment is for degassing & final sealing after pre-charging in cell manufacturing process. Degassing : Final Sealing
